These were much smaller than my normal order. I always order the same thing but this time they were smaller. And it just seemed like they were of lower quality too. The vinyl or something was just off. You can feel it when you handle the stickers.

This sticker is super cute! I would’ve given it five stars if it came when we expected it. The tracking seem to be stuck for a week with no progress, and then the sticker was delivered after our event. We were super bummed not to have this available at the Martin on Main festival in our town.

The only problem I have is how long it took for me to approve them before they shipped it to long them of course I was gone working out of town you send me email to approve and I miss it they showed up wrong for the wording I'll live with that but I ordered the second batch like a day apart from the first one and they showed up with the right writing on them but to small dye cut smaller than 2" circle cut and I missed both approvals so I'm a little chapped about that but still all good there hard to peel the backing off i would order again possibly,

Unfortunately, I can’t give these a great review. The print execution is noticeably off. The image is not centered — one side of the black ring is much thicker than the other, which really throws off the look. Quality control seems to have been missed here. Disappointed, especially since we were hoping to use these to promote our brand.

I sent an email earlier, the color is way off from Kelly Green. I provided the Pantone color number, yet the stickers were printed in a green with much more blue in it.

Nowhere to log into my account that I could see, and I searched. I wrote to you, ZERO response, very poor customer service. I was not given a tracking number when they shipped, so my customer and I had no idea when they'd arrive. Slow shipping as well. I really doubt I'll ever order again.

Stickers are tiny and not good for advertising. The price is good for a 3 to 5 inch sticker but not for a tiny 2 inch sticker that no one can see. Very dissatisfied with the product and unhappy with the return policy. You could have made it right with sending a standard size sticker.

MAN I know that Shipping sucks.... and it was close - but late....PRODUCT was great! PRICE was great! SHIPPING and EXPEDIENCE was lacking. I received the product after my event was over. ---- Was it my fault for the late order... Of course! But, the company should consider to over promise and under deliver! ..Let me explain. I placed my order on 4/14 (I knew I was late in the order) I confirmed the proof on 4/14 (& I realized at that point they only work off of "BUSINESS DAYS" so I after email confirmations and payment of product, I figured out I am screwed!
However, on my order I requested expedited shipping because my event starts 4/24. (10 days - but can push it to 11 CALENDAR days)... OK I figure I am safe.... order on 4/14 - event starts 4/25 - (11 calendar days!) I was not safe! I received my stickers after my event on 4/28 (14 days after requesting expedited service).. by the way expedited service was 8-10 days business days after approval of proof (so with those perimeters.... 4/14 with 8 to 10 days after approval of proof.... on the outside = 4/28...
but I was really hoping I received my product on the 8th day which would have been before my weekend event 4/25 ... but instead received it on my 10th day - after my event 4/28 .... .. note to people who read this - Plan Ahead!
Needless to say, the stickers, ( 2" is small but great and how I expected them) they sit in my stock, waiting for a point in time I can give them out.
My suggestion to the company is to increase your shipping expectation by a day or two... and make a disclaimer for stupid last minute shoppers, like myself ..."It just won't get there when you expect it - by no fault of your own - you should be complaining on the shipping platform! And you should plan ahead!"
I know now that my late decision was a waste of money.

the round stickers were die cut unevenly. On a 2" sticker is it a glaring quality mistake. They do not look good.
When I use a sticker, I want a quality look, not sloppy work.
