I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately, my experience was impacted by a lack of communication. I submitted my art twice after updating it, yet no one ever reached out to inform me that it had not been received. It would have been helpful to get a notification or some acknowledgment. Other than that, everything else was great!

First of all this company Does NOT respond they take your money and don't care if your happy with your product or not!! I ordered an item paid for it of course and then it needed a small edit. I’ve reached out, emailed numerous times. I seriously don’t know what I paid for or what I’m getting. !!! I highly recommend think twice before using them !

This is the third order of these size stickers, second time for this exact same image. The first order of this image, the quality of the stickers and the print were great. This order, the stickers are much cheaper quality and the printing of the image is poor. If this is what it’s like now, I will no longer order them. Three hundred poor quality stickers are of no use to me.

This is the 2nd order our band placed. Our first order was reversed in appearance. The first order was white lettering on a black background and this order was black lettering on a white background. Both orders were on a glossy finish.
Our band makes them available to anyone who wants one. The quality is excellent. Turn around time is great and the staff is excellent to work with. There was a blemish on the artwork we submitted and it was caught by the staff. They notified us, asked if we wanted it corrected, and corrected the blemish. We will be ordering additional stickers in the future.

Started out great. Quality is good. But correspondence not so much. Just received my 2nd to my last order very poor no quality control I told the help and they said that's what you signed off on? E-mails use to come more frequent and at one time I had an account set up but now says Dashboard no longer supports it. The Contact us not working and they already have my profs. Waiting on my last order.
