The stickers were great, but the fact that a company named Sticker Express took over 6 weeks to get me an order was really unacceptable. I understand things happen, but in 6 weeks you couldn't find the time to send out an email letting me know? I would have ordered from another company. You made me miss an important event that I needed them for. I will not be returning to your company for this express reason. You lost a customer.

I ordered my 100 stickers on June 6. Got my proofs the same afternoon approved them and then never heard back until the end of the month when I inquired about the current status of my order I was sent an instant messenger message asking me for my email I’m not only gave them my email. I gave them the order number. Shortly later I received my order almost a month later I did order from a competitor just to see which one would come first and the competitor beat you out by two weeks. Feedback is important and in regards to this feedback I know you can do better but I will not be ordering again.

Cut/printed off center. The border you added around the edges is uneven between the top bottom and they were cut out with a dull blade because I’ve had to try to trim and sand the flaky paper off the edges without the trimming, they just look cheap with the fuzzy paper around the edges hanging off.

The QR code that was uploaded for the sticker worked when I sent it to you but when we received it, it was slightly blurred and doesn’t work. The idea for the sticker is for the QR code to work. they are unusable and will be thrown out.

I can’t show a photo of what’s wrong cause my first order shipped to somewhere in St. Louis?? I live in Wisconsin. It was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. The second order has been in production for weeks. Well passed the estimated window. I would take a “we got busy” email or a “sorry things went wrong” but instead I got no response to my daily “what’s up?” emails frustrated. Want a pulse here.
