Absolutely terrible customer service they never respond to any questions that you have or concerns. And then to top it all off, they don’t even produce the correct image that you sent and approved with them. They send it completely different. I do not recommend this company.

I had ordered the stickers on July 30th. I had received them on August 29th. During that time I had tried to contact your store via website, email and Facebook for a follow up after I approved the images. I never got a response.
I wish that the back of the stickers were easier to peel off.

The stickers turned out fine. My problem is with customer service. It took approximately 4 weeks to get my order.
Worse yet, I sent multiple emails and messages through your chat function and received ZERO RESPONSE. I can live with some delays, but no communication is unacceptable. You guys have great prices, but it's not worth the bad service.

I ordered my stickers for my company on July 30th. They were prompt with the review. However, I had contacted them mid to late August via Facebook, email and their website to see if there was any follow up. I received zero feedback.
By the time, I checked with my app, that works as a third party for them, I had found out they had shipped. As well as receiving an email notification.
I received the stickers on August 29th.
As a first time customer, I wish they had communicated better. As far as the stickers go, I am pleased with how they look.

Order arrived over a month after placed, no response to my inquiry on what was delaying progress. Stickers showed up after event was completed (website says 5 days to ship) and the graphic is awful. I submitted a high quality file with crisp lines and these stickers are the worst I’ve ever received. Lack of communication and an awful product. My other order was also delayed and arrived midway through our event I ordered them for. Remove 5 days to ship from your website, not accurate at all for either order I placed.
