I will no longer use Sticker Express and have advised my peers the same. This order took forever, I planned in advance based on a timeline I was quoted. Product turned out good. Product rendering (pre-production) was requested and never received. Also, there was no communication of status throughout the process. It would have been great to know where my product was in.

I ordered these on June 26th with the expectation I’d have them for my event July 25th. Upon ordering I received a confirmation email detailing the process. It stated a review of the art was needed for production to begin and would take 2-4 days. I did not receive this email for approval until July 9th, 2 weeks after placing the order. I then followed up stating I needed the stickers by July 24th in email and on the chat feature with zero response. Three emails and two attempts on the chat went unanswered. I then received my order 5 days after the event I needed them for and still without any response to my requests for shipping updates or concerns I wouldn’t have them in time. Piss poor customer service and did not complete my order in the time that was advertised.

Advertisement said it ships 8 to 12 days after artwork approval. Fail. Took several weeks. Customer service is non existent. Stickers came in after our event. Waste of time and money.

That’s not a 3 inch sticker. I even requested a redo with no response. This isn’t my first order so I know what your 3 inch stickers look like but if it’s not corrected it will definitely be my last.

Original order was accepted but never processed because a file of the artwork was not received. I don't know how this could happen - how could the order process without the image.
I was never notified of this issue. In the end, it took almost 3 weeks to receive my item.

I expected the darker black color to go edge to edge, and I thought the logo would be larger without so much black space surrounding it. It was difficult to tell what the final version would look like based on the digital approval on the website. Also, the name of your company is misleading. The word express implies that I would’ve received these sooner, and my inquiry option was only a chatbot which never replied. Overall, a frustrating experience.

However they are cut very poorly and extremely hard to unstick to place on something. I would’ve happily paid more for better quality.
Good for promos and stuff but ultimately I feel like my customers will feel I cheaped out on the quality.

It was great! No real complaints but just a recommendation. The recommendation is to check the blade on your cutter cause the edges were pretty rough. Other than that everything was great.

I need the sticker die-cut. Which means the sticker is cut to the dimensions of the graphic. It should not be any white space on the sticker once peeled off.
