Please take the name “express” from your company name. This took much longer than expected. Sticker “mule” is MUCH faster. And your quality wasn’t good.

Frankly, I expected more. The colors are muted and lack the boldness shown online — definitely not as vibrant as advertised. The order took longer than expected to arrive, and there was zero communication throughout the process. No updates, no tracking info until the very end. It felt like I was left in the dark the entire time.
If you want customers to feel confident ordering from you again, you really need to improve both product presentation and communication.

I ordered 3 inch stickers. You gave me 2 inch stickers. You did not get them to me in a timely fashion. It was over a month and a half before I received them and the guy cutting was not very well done I’m very dissatisfied.

you need to sharpen the blades on your die cut machine. The edges of my stickers were not cut cleanly (sorry can't think of the word for that). Otherwise I loved them

Honestly it took longer than I thought it would and when the stickers arrived the quality was pretty bad and the image I sent was put on the sticker way too small, even I asked if they could zoom in more on the image.
It's not a big deal because the price was so cheap but again the image on the sticker is way too small. I don't know if I didnt convey what I wanted clear enough?

I ordered 3 inch stickers you sent me 2 inch stickers. There is no dimension on my stickers that are 3 inches. Not one you took a month and a half to send me my stickers so you miss produce them overcharged me because 3 inch stickers cost more and never addressed my concerns when I emailed about them and now you ask me for a review you’re terrible

Hey guys! The price of these stickers and the turnaround time was excellent, but honestly the quality is not great. I'm using these as promotional items that I give away for free so it's totally fine, but I couldn't sell these. The edges are so jagged and frayed up it looks like I did them myself with a busted xacto knife. I would NEVER post this review publicly, and if anyone asks me about Sticker Express I'll tell them you're very reasonably priced and quick, but to be completely truthful the quality just isn't there with these if I was to sell them like I do other sticker designs.
